I just recently purchased a new Honda HRV. I spent months test driving and researching different SUVs and Crossovers, and I could not be happier with my final choice. Rob, Matt B, Jordan, and Matt P were all amazing to deal with. All of my questions were answered and they always made me feel valued as a customer.

2016 Honda Fit in for regular servicing/oil change and also battery testing and replacement. The front-desk Service Coordinators managed to fit me in with grace and goodwill despite it being a very busy day, and the work was completed quickly and thoroughly. The truly exceptional staff are really the strength of this business and have kept me coming back despite the comparatively high prices for regular service and the absolute mess that is the current parking situation at the Kingsway location.

Treated courteously and tire change done in respectable time frame, so pleased overall with visit to Palladino Honda,I have had all my servicing done there and this is my third Honda vehicle and would recommend to friends and family.
