All of our customers that have purchased a vehicle from us have access to respond as a verified review, please do so immediately so that we can better investigate your allegations. A main function of OMVIC is customer advocacy and you would be well served speaking with them. We are 100% compliant with OMVIC and their well accepted industry standards and would welcome any inquiry or investigation made at the behest of our customers.
