Experience was great from the first time I set foot in the door....... Friendly and courteous staff. Very happy with purchase. ... Only issue was that I pointed out a possible defective air conditioning compressor and after I picked up vehicle and got it home, I dont believe it was fixed. I will follow up with sales rep when he comes back from vacation next week.

Bought my second car from these folks this week. Waiting to pick it up. We got great use out of the first one and after trying way too many sleazy used car swindlers we couldn't wait to go back to Haldimand.They don't always have the greatest deal but their prices are consistent and pretty good. More important to me though, the service. I don't know how someone could have an issue with their service. They have a sign up right when you pull in that says "Please don't feel like we ignoring you,'"we just want to give you space. When you are ready come on in and test drive a few cars. We did. We liked one and the buying process was so quick, relaxed and on the up and up.GREAT business being run in Cayuga. They deserve the immense success they are having.

Haldimand motors has been very professional to deal with. Their team selling process and fair pricing model is top notch and I haven't seen it in many dealerships across Canada. The are supportive of their vendors and I enjoy working with them.

We found our car

We loved the idea of being able to be on our own to look for a vehicle. Once we found one the service we got was great. He made it as easy and comfortable for us. We had great quick service. It only took 3 days to get our jeep and the one day was a Sunday. Very happy.
