Salesman was knowledgeable, courteous and patient. Answered all questions we asked. After we picked up the Impala, we noticed the tires were made in China; this was disappointing. One of the reasons for purchasing an Impala is the fact it is manufactured in Oshawa. We expected the vehicle to be equipped with North American made tires.

Every person I delt with was a complete joy, this was my first car buying experience, I brought my father for assistance, and the dealers spoke directly to me, instead of my father, this made me feel very welcome, and important to Haldimand as a whole. They explained everything I needed to know, and made sure I was happy with my purchase. I ended up purchasing from Peter Wilding and he was very great to deal with.
