Went into to inquire why my van had no heat blowing into the front area of my vehicle. Turn out to be the blower motor that was no longer working. the blower motor was replaced.

Was asked to come in right away to have my van looked at because I had no heat blowing into front end of my van. I needed this taken care of right away because I used my vehicle for work daily. The blower motor was replaced and the service staff was excellent. Very pleased with services provided.

Service took much longer than estimated and one problem outstanding for some time not corrected.

Service was booked from 9 am to noon and we explained we live out of town and would be roaming around until completed. While the counter person, Michelle, was pleasant, apologetic and did give us a discount on service, we were there until 2:45. And one of the original issues, a sensor in the TPM system, is still not corrected and would have required staying even longer. We have had four visits now in which this sensor was to have been fixed and still no success.

I dropped off vehicle for 3 recalls, but also added if they could order piece for drivers seat, and if they could reset the change oil sensor ..all was typed into work order..so recalls fixed , other two orders were not done

They always do exactly what my vehicle needs ..they dont make me guess what needs to be done like the sad service i recieved at mazzuka chrysler ..they dont neglect necessary services required for my vehicles top performance .. I made the switch to Laurentien Chrysler. Awesome customer service time after time ...... They have definately got my business. For life :)
