Good service, trust in assigned mechanic. However, availability of car after service hours (Saturday) for out of town customers would be more customer focused. Travel plans changed and sales department had no access to service department after hours for keys and invoice.

The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. The minimum number of words should be lowered - I had an oil change and had minimal interaction with staff, they did answer my question.

The Shuttle service is very slow, unorganized and resulted in much longer than anticipated absence from work for my wife.

Was promised remote start and put in contract to buy the truck. Went in for first oil change and remote start installation. You guys had my truck from 8-3 and then could not install the remote start because apartently there’s a conflict with the rebel NOONE knew about. And after all that and having my truck all day I was still forced to pay 67 dollars for the oil change.

The time to do the oil change was way too long. 2 hours. They did compensate me with a free oil change. Which was very appreciated. However, the oil change was not done properly and the oil cap was left not on. It's lucky I checked two days later. I did receive an apology and asked to come back to check the vehicle. Will try again and provide more feedback on the next visit.

Repair requested to replace part under warranty, as advised by my regular mechanic. Part was fixed with bandaid solution, not replaced. Issue persisted and a second appointment was required, leaving me without a vehicle for the second time in less than a week. The last time I required servicing, 3 appointments were required before the issue was fixed.

Able to be seen quickly. Easy to make appointment. Jamie excellent at Service Desk. Guaranteed time of call (noon) not met, but after leaving message for shop, Jamie called soon after that all was done. Shuttle driver courteous and very prompt.

had a small leak of transmission fluid at my transmission, a few days after repair, leak was worse than initial leak, I have transmission fluid all over my brick driveway, not an easy chore to clean if it comes out, had to return to dealership to have work redone, lost time, lost money, mess to clean in my driveway, rework was done today, hopefully it wont leak again
