harassing phone calls from sales team for 3-4 weeks after visit. Had to state "harassment"and to stop texting and calling. Sales rep was texting customer cell phone from his own personal cell, calling from personal cell then calling immediately from dealership number. Never have been so sought out for for business . When mentioning other dealerships and incentive programs, sales rep would demonstrate negativity towards other dealerships and harass customer more. will never have dealings with that dealerrsihp in the future!! Sales rep cell number and dealership number needed to be blocked on phone0 to prevent future unnecessary texts and calls.

Brakes/rotors worn and scored. Unsure of warrant coverage, replaced without hesitation. Dropped off at 8, done by 11 with rides by shuttle service
