Amazing customer service in the addition of quality vehicle service.

Quick service with a smile is the best way to describe my experience. I got a shuttle after I dropped off and the driver was excellent. Everyone was very easy to talk to and all of the questions I had were answered.

Had an appointment to service my 2017 RAM 1500 club cab truck, install mud flaps, pick up new all weather floor mats and a touch up paint stick. - Did receive the oil change and tire rotation - mud flaps didn't fit and it would take months to order new ones.......one week later I got the flaps installed at Doyles. - all weather floor mats that were ordered were the wrong ones (regular cab), Had to go back and pick up the right ones a week later - only person to know about paint stick was the salesman after 2 messages were left on my answering machine I live in Alban and its along way to travel for service only to find out the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. I will say that the people were kind and respectful but the business side of things needs a whole lot of improvements. Regards, Tim Boyer

The staff was really great at the service desk. I brought my car for an oil change and to put my winter tires on. I told the staff that there was a knocking noise when I turned left. They found that the left front axle was broken and repaired it. All was done within two hours. They brought me home and picked me backed up with a very professional service.
