I'm a 60 year old man, who has never owned a new vehicle in my life. When I decided to buy new, my nieghbour suggested Larry Hudson Chevrolet Buick GMC. My sales consultant Dolly Brooks was super amazing. She worked patiently with me until I found the vehicle that I liked. While waiting for my vehicle to be built, Dolly went out of her way to keep me updated. When I picked up my new vehicle, Dolly patiently helped me with all the technology that an old man wasn't familiar with. Dolly still reaches out to me to ensure that I have no problem with my vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.

False advertising. Advertising cars online that they don't have for sale. Trader shows new Z06 for sale. Car isn't available. Wasting my time, other people's time, and the sales teams time.

Since the new car inventory market has seen large changes over the last couple of years, many dealers including us now show incoming “in-transit” vehicles on our dealer sites. This gives customers the chance to reserve a new vehicle before it physically lands on our lot. In this case, the Corvette you saw is indeed in-transit, but is pre-sold. While every effort is made on our part to quickly move these inventory pieces over to sold status when they’re routed for our dealership, it is possible that they remain on our dealer site or third party sites like Trader while that administrative action takes place. We appreciate your interest in this car, and we are happy to discuss ordering options with you. Again, we thank you for your feedback and aim to keep our inventory as up-to-date as possible. My husband and myself have been purchasing our vehicles from Larry Hudson and specifically Nestor for the last 5 years. Nestor has been very helpful and professional during every interaction. He’s gone over above to answer our question and meet our needs. This year we were lucky enough to work with Dolly; who has also been very helpful and ready to meet our needs. Over all; all members of the Larry Hudson family have been wonderful to work with. I’ve referred family and friends and will continue to do so.

Since moving to the area, our family has purchased 5 new vehicles from this dealership. Our last 4 were purchased with the help of Sales Representative, Dolly Brooks and her Sales Manager, Jeff Newman. We have never felt any sales pressure, at the dealership. All aspects of the purchases have been clear and up front. Dolly has made time to see us, even is she has been busy. She has even offered to meet with us on her day off and returns our calls as soon as she can. Dolly always makes sure we get the best price available. The dealership offers the best trade-in value of any place we have dealt with in many years. When the vehicle is picked up, the delivery specialist explains the paperwork, everything about the vehicles; including the technology and helping set up any extra features (OnStar). The vehicles are always immaculately detailed on delivery. Although we have only dealt with the service department a few times, those times have been a positive experience, as well. We will continue to use Dolly Brooks and Larry Hudson Chevrolet Buick GMC for all our future purchases.

Dolly has been a dream to work with in purchasing many trucks over the years. Dolly’s excellent communication skills and prompt service makes the drive to Listowel worth it. I’ll never buy a truck from the city dealerships after dealing with Dolly.

This dealership was very out of my way, However they had what I wanted. Connected with Dolly who by far is the best Sales Consultant I have ever dealt with. Going forward I also got to interact with Denise and Maddy for this transaction. Great people. Made buying the car an extreme pleasure. Top shelf service amazing staff! Again I say thank you very much for all the help and my new car! These people are very friendly and will take the time to help you. The only reason this review is 5 stars is there is no way to go higher.
