I picked up my new used pickup from here a week ago. Everyone was very pleasant and efficient, as you'd expect from car dealer. A recent reviewer had a bad experience with his detailing, which is unfortunate. I can tell you mine was unbelievable! I couldn't believe how clean and perfect it was. It truly looked brand new. Thanks

I’ve been privileged to have a 39-year relationship with Larry Hudson’s. It started in Mitchell where I bought my first sports car from Larry and continues almost four decades later. There’s a good reason for my dealership loyalty. This dealership doesn’t just talk the talk, it shows customer appreciation by the dedicated service they offer. My most recent experience last week saw Service Manager Keith go above and beyond to ensure my repair was top priority. A real gentleman who puts the customer first. Every layer of this dealership reflects the GM pride instilled by founder Larry and his son Sean. Ken in parts is the most skilled parts man I’ve ever seen and he’s wired to the latest and greatest accessories on the planet. He’s a gem who deserves recognition as a star in his field of expertise. I keep coming back to this dealership no matter where I reside because they treat you like family. Plain and simple, you feel welcomed in every department. My latest experience with service representative Andrew Leith was outstanding. A knowledgeable rep who has the pulse of the service department and is fast to relay updates to the customer. The sales department is one of the best. Jeff Sage sold me my last two vehicles and is a pleasure to deal with. Extremely knowledgeable and a genuine gentleman. If you’re looking for a dealership that raises the bar far above the others, make the drive to Listowel. Simply the best.

They advertise many many trucks as "HUDSONS HAS IT" but then when called about availability of the trucks advertised they say it is ordered but they do not know when it will come in..... very misleading for the public.

Hi Lacie, we appreciate you leaving us your feedback. We like most dealers province wide (and many other non-automotive industries) are experiencing product shortages. While we are hopeful that the situation is starting to improve, we appreciate our customers patience while our manufacturers work diligently to provide us with stock. We have seen a shift when purchasing new vehicles. Most models are now reserved or custom ordered prior to purchase. Reservations can land anywhere from 2-6 weeks, while orders can take 2-5 months depending on model (at the time of the post). We do have a great variety of available stock landing daily, but new vehicles (particularly trucks) sell very quickly. We are happy to take your information and contact you when something of interest arrives on our lot. Or, we are more than happy to assist you with an order reservation or custom order. All of our current orders are posted inside our showroom to aid you with your shopping experience. Our representatives are here help walk you through the process and assist you with any questions you may have. You are absolutely correct that "Hudson's Has It" has been our company slogan for many years. While this slogan certainly pertains to vehicle inventory, it also pertains to our parts and service departments as well. "Hudson's Has It - GM OEM Accessories, Fully Trained GM Technicians", etc. We have definitely scaled back on it's usage in recent months given the inventory situation. We have had instances where we've had large shipments of over 40 vehicles arrive in a short window; in which case, advertising with our slogan feels appropriate in these conditions. The vast percentage of our advertising is however currently targeted toward order reservations and custom orders. We pride ourselves in being transparent with our customers and we are here to take your call any time (1-800-350-3325). We would love the opportunity to earn your business and your trust.
