Harrowing client service, zero empathy, zero engagement, arrogant and self serving. Being in tech I know perfectly well how unethical profit driven companies manage to drown bad reviews through rate farming, so in case you get to see this review, just look at the proportion between exaggerated 5 star AI generated reviews and the organically grown 1 star ones, statistically this is impossible... Avoid this dealership at all costs. For comparison I've dealt with Hyundai on Chomedy, Laval, QC and Capital Hyundai on Topsail road in St John's, NL, I can't stress enough the comparison on treatment and client support, going out of their way to help and support the client without reservations. Hyundai on Hunt Club is a disgrace of a dealership. March 6 update, after being engaged by Meriam from Dilawri customer service with a promise of looking into my situation, it proved to be an empty gesture to reflect on their feedback, as if they were taking care of my grievances, this turned out to be an empty gesture on their part... I answered back with the information that they requested and afterwards they completely ghosted me. Avoid at all costs, uncanadian, and without ethics or morals.

We just picked up our new vehicle from Hunt Club Hyundai today and are very pleased with the service that we received. It was a very positive experience. Kevin was very patient with his explanation and review of all the ‘techi’ gadgets. We are seniors and he was most helpful and took his time. We were greeted warmly by Kunj, the sales manager and Adam the business manager. All in all a very good experience.

Salesperson name hadi what to say about this guy he is awesome in term of all aspect he explain everything about my my first car. He is most humble guy I have ever meet. I am extremely frustrated with the service at this dealership. We reported an oil consumption issue while the vehicle was still under warranty and followed all the required steps, including oil consumption tests and a decarbonization test. The process was already difficult due to poor communication, but the real issue began when the service manager, James, claimed he submitted a request for a new engine to Hyundai Canada. Since then, he has refused to provide any updates or even acknowledge our calls and emails. Despite reaching out countless times, we are completely ignored. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. A quick look at the Google reviews shows we are not alone—many customers report the same issue with oil consumption and terrible service. What makes this even worse is that James has a statement on the dealership’s website about listening to customers and resolving issues quickly. That could not be further from our experience. We feel dismissed and unheard, as if our concerns are being deliberately delayed. Hyundai’s reputation for reliability and customer care is being severely damaged by this dealership’s incompetence. If you’re considering servicing your vehicle here, think twice. We will be escalating this further if we don’t receive proper assistance soon.

Moose, Adam and Kevin were an absolute dream to work with. 10/10 experience! Such a stressful time with my car being written off and a panic to find a vehicle in a timely manner, the dream team was on it. Within less than a week I was handed the keys for my new baby. I can not thank these wonderful men enough for making the experience so seamless. Thank you Moose, Kevin and Adam ! Highly recommend
