Hyundai on hunt club is a great dealership. Staff is very friendly and not pushy. Had an appointment with Mustafa, (& manager Kevin Greenidge )help our son get a Tucson hybrid.. Deal was so good we ended up trading in our 2017 Tucson and buying one for ourselves as well. Thanks for the great service.

Update: They replied to this review and asked I email their customer service to rectify the problem. I have yet to hear anything back. Beware of the practices at this dealership. Be extra careful about purchasing any extended warranties. They will not honour the contract. If I had to do it again, I would reconsider and go to another dealership. I purchased the car 21 days ago on January 29th with an extended warranty contract ($2998.00 plus GST/HST). Dealing with the sales team (Sneh, Moustapha, Kunj and Atheer) at that time was pleasant. However, the finance manager we dealt with, Adam Fata was not. When I changed my mind about the warranty, I was told by Adam that it was not possible to cancel it. To me, it doesn't make sense because the warranty he sold us does advertise that it has a 45-day fully refundable cancellation policy (less a $50 administration fee). So if I decided that it wasn't for me, why wouldn't I be able to cancel it and receive my refund? Throughout this process, he had lied and said he would only give us $800 back i.e. "what I paid for it, not what you paid", then now $1700, to recoup his profits on the car? I like to go by the book, so it didn't seem right to me that he could just arbitrarily choose whatever number he'd like to refund me. Especially when the warranty contract that I bought into says that it should be a full refund of the total cost (where total cost equals $2998.00 plus $389.74 [GST/HST] minus a $50 admin fee). He didn't even give me a copy of the service contract until a week after the sale, after I asked him via email. Although I eventually received it, he did sent it with all-caps. Again, just very unprofessional. That isn't even the worst of it. Adam was extremely unprofessional through it all. He would yell things such as "you don't make any sense...", "... once a year we get customers like you who give us a hard time...". He even went as far as to call me a scammer, and that everyone at the dealership feels this way too! I just felt personally attacked by his repeated name-calling. He also threatened to go to court over this. Imagine threatening a customer like that when they go and ask for a refund on their warranty? There is no de-escalation with Adam, just escalation. On top of it all, Adam had shown me the personal files of people picking up vehicles that day. Inside each folder had a scan of a customer's personal information... A copy of their drivers license and bill of sale. He showed me 3-4 of those folders. I just don't feel comfortable knowing that this sort of thing was normal practice at a dealership. I certainly wouldn't want another customer seeing my name, date of birth, address, and how this or that person "paid so much more" for the warranty. I am just trying to cancel my warranty, why does it have to be so difficult?

We had an amazing experience at Hunt Club Hyundai! Reggie was incredibly patient in explaining all the tech features, which was a huge plus for us. He and Moustapha gave us a warm welcome and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Moustapha was fantastic! As a first-time brand-new car buyer, I couldn’t have asked for a better salesperson. He was humble, energetic, and worked out a great deal for us. We were so impressed that we even recommended him to a friend, who also got an incredible deal! Reggie and Moustapha were the ultimate dream team. Reggie went the extra mile, giving us tips on keeping our leather seats clean with a toddler and a German Shepherd and even upgraded our mats as a bonus. We almost bought from Pathway Hyundai, but the outstanding service from Moustapha and Reggie won us over. Reggie took the time to explain all the features, even showing me extras I didn’t know about. Exceptional service—I’ll definitely be back!
