No, I wasn’t terribly pleased with the customer service. Before you send the boilerplate message of how sorry you are, yes, I will contact your customer service department. But really, if your CSD was on top of things, it would contact me first. Sigh.

Simply excellent! After our first meeting with Manzoor and Navid we were already convinced and cancelled our additional appointments with two competitors from Hyundai and Kia. Manzoor didn't overload us with technical information but instead asked continuously for our feedback to involve us and to find out our preferences and priorities. Navid didn't just explain the financing process but helped us to picture which alternatives will fit best for us. Manzoor's and Navid's outstanding product presentation was the reason that we had a deal earlier than expected. Throughout the whole process from information over selection to financing we didn't just feel guided but highly appreciated. This actually started with the welcoming receptionist: Thank you for making us feeling comfortable from the first moment on! We really felt like family and not just customers.

Worst dealership ever, I had my car diagnosis done here for 211 dollars, I had my check engine light on and car was not shiffting gears properly, as the mechanic said my car needed a new transmission as my was broken due to a accident happened 2 months ago, the transmisson broke after 2 months didnot make sense to me, as i asked them the diagnosis guy was to rude and told i can get my car checked any where else if i doubt him, i drove my car which needed a new transmission to rockland , where i bought the car from , the guys at rockland dealership were laughing that i was told my car needed a new transmisson, it was a wire cut and was fixed with a duct tape, when i wanted to complaint about this to dealership i was told they cant do anything about this as they spent time on checking my vehicle, please never get your vehicle serviced, repaired or diagnosed from them, they are ripping people off on parts and everthing. As per other dealership they just checked the engine code and told to get new transmission, they never physically checked my vehlice. A wire cut and a new transmission is big difference
