My husband and I really enjoyed our experience at Jackson's Toyota. Our salesperson (Andrew Black) helped us with all of our questions and always made himself available to spend time with us. He made our decision to buy a Toyota very easy. And, I love my new Corolla LE.

Looking for a Knowledgeable sales person that can get you what you want Give Andrew Black a call at Jacksons Toyota. These guys know Customer Service. Helped us purchase our 2021 Toyota Venza. Lisa Cote is also great in the Financing Department.

Good Points and Concerns with Service Experience

Service #1 including installation of winter tires was completed. The appointment commenced as the designated appointment time and was completed within one hour. This was most appreciated. That said, it's too bad that when I booked the appointment that I was advised the appointment could take up to three hours. As I was waiting outside (as there was no room in the lounge) during the appointment, this created a bit of anxiety not knowing when I would be available to attend to my other appointments in Barrie. Erroring on the side of caution, this made for a long day waiting in Barrie for other scheduled appointments. Not withstanding, the service experience was most acceptable.

Service shenanigans cost me $120 in late fees to pick up my kids despite assurances from service manager that they would be on time

Service dept found wiper issue that they assured me they could fix expeditiously. I cautioned that I needed to leave to grab kids at specific time and they said there would be no issue. In addition they charged me an extra hour labour for something other parties confirmed should have taken 15 mins. Worst service ever.
