Service very slow for the amount of work performed The vehicle was taken in early and still was 2 1/2 hour wait.

This service was to put my snow tires on and store the others. Your representative, Cameron, was very knowledgeable and courteous and looked after this for me. All of the staff are happy doing their work and makes me happy knowing they like their work at Jackson's Toyota. Keep up the good work!

They service dept HD 4?people called in not to come to work So they knew they were going to get a Lilly’s behind the offered me an Uber to where ever because the waiting room was already full Thank you When I got back they were very apologetic And I told them it wasn’t a problem They kept coming out to let me know what was happening and where they were with my car They were fantastic! Patient in a tough day Again they were fantastic

We got our 2021 Sienna Hybrid from Jackson's Toyota and traded our old vehicle. Matt Houtby, the sales manager, helped us choose which vehicle fits our family and our travel needs. Matt gave us a good deal with our trade. Andrew Black followed through with the order; he kept us informed until the delivery date. Melissa Pelletier, from the finance, was very straight to the point and very easy to talk to. She even entertained my children with her toys in her office.

Our appointment was scheduled for 1:15 and the advisor didn't show up. We showed them that this appointment is scheduled by Toyota Canada and we were told ( by the advisor) that they are spammers and Toyota Canada was just calling you for marketing purposes. Upon insisting they check in the system and confirmed that appointment is indeed scheduled with Mr. Lee. However Mr. lee didn't come. He eventually came after 20 minutes and was aggressive in behaviors that there are no cars available. Upon asking why was late given that we have an appointment for 1:15, he went and brought his Manager Mr. Matt. Mr. Matt was more aggressive and start telling me that I am defensive and started arguing with me and my wife. He started cutting us off, he behavior was extremely disrespectful, unprofessional and unethical. This is not a kind of behavior I was expecting. They didn't honor our time and on top of that he was in a mood to fight but we decide to leave.
