We purchased a used vehicle from them.then a week after they replaced a missing bolt on the heat plate under the car quickly.Our salesman Bill Loughead was very friendly,knowledgeable,helpful and easy to talk to.He worked hard to get us a good deal.Always available to answer questions.????

Had an emergency with my Prius and called Jacksons Toyota. The service advisor was ver knowledgable and gave me some good advice regarding the problem. I ended up having to take the car in to get a new battery installed which was done quickly and efficiently.
