I assume the work was done properly. An airbag recall issue and an oil change. The problem was with the uber shuttle service. Felix, the driver who took me home, knew Barrie, and was absolutely professional. The initial arrangement to pick me up was mismanaged by the service rep. Waited over half an hour and several attempts to reach him. An uber was eventually dispatched. I was on my front step waiting and he never arrived. He recorded me as a no show! A third attempt drove right past me on the entrance of my building. His gps did not tell him he had arrived. The building number is in 18 inch black numbers! Very clear! The young man who finally picked me up drove as if he were unfamiliar with Barrie. You really need your own shuttle people back! This service was completely unacceptable.

My Toyota 4 runner is 11 years old and thanks to Jackson's excellent professional service has been in top shape all that time. I book ahead when I can but in any emergency situation ( alternator, brakes, etc. ) they accommodate me immediately and get my vehicle repaired and the road on the road very quickly. Never let me down yet. Thanks to all the staff esp the service department

I couldn't have been happier with the respect and friendliness of our sales rep Bill and finance rep Melissa. Buying from Jackson's was a very relaxed experience. Very thorough with all the details. Much appreciated.

Brent, your lack of communication to address my car issues is so disappointing. You don’t even deserve the one star I had to chose to be able to post this. Having to deal with break issues after only driving 8k and to be told metal on metal for the lack of breaks /no pads….facing $800 of unnecessary repairs because of your dishonesty.

We had called three time due to an alert message on our 4Runner and each time were told to wait and see if it went away. This last time the car wouldn’t stay in gear causing some dangerous driving situations. When we took it down to be fixed, we spoke to the service manager and explained the issue and said that we wanted it properly fixed! We also had snow tires to put on. Fifteen minutes or so after leaving the vehicle there we received a call from the service tech telling us when he moved the vehicle to put the tires on he noticed the engine light and drive, start, control message on the console. Apparently no one told him that this was the reason the vehicle was in the shop!!! After a heated exchange we were told that they would call us at end of day. They found the problem and we picked up the car the next day. Half way home ( which is an hour and half drive), a message came on that there was low tire pressure and to return to the dealer. We listened to the message through the car’s computer. Upon calling back to the dealer we were told that our vehicle didn’t have a tire pressure sensor???? Then how did we get this message? It has been a very frustrating week of arguing. This is our second 4 Runner and it is a 2020 yet it has had the brakes rusted and corroded and replaced already and this problem (drive, start, control malfunction) was due to a rusted and corroded part under the gear shift???? I question the quality of metal being used. This has not been the same experience as our first vehicle that had no such issues.

My brand new Highlander Platinum developed an elusive fault in the driver’s window buttons. I narrowed down to when I washed the car, took it into Jackson’s and they to had a heck of a time trying to find where the water was infiltrating, they found the issue and are now waiting for parts, but I have my car and that’s what counts. The service staff are absolutely super, friendly and very accommodating.. Derrick thank you very much.
