Courteous and efficient

I was very pleased that the service team, lead by Cameron, coordinated installation of my winter tires with the routine maintenance required on my vehicle. Very efficient. Thank you.

It’s sad that the only thing that keeps this place going is the reputation of the vehicles. I guess that’s why they don’t value their customers. They tell you to give them top reviews yet they don’t preform that way. First time ever did a dealership sell me a dirty new vehicle. Then when you complain about it in your satisfaction survey they call to rectify it by offering gift cards for a detail of free service by the new car manager. Apparently they don’t have my address on file as the cards never arrived. This speaks volumes about credibility. Makes me wonder what else they lie about. After talking with many others who have bought from here they seem to run a shady operation Buyer beware.

My experience has been negative with this place 1. Ruined my plate number. Replaced it with their own protector after they attempted to straighten my plate. I loved my old one where it doesn’t say: Jackson’s Toyota. 2. Complimentary car wash? Other locations have provided it without asking ie yorkdale & vaughan. I have to ask it here & still not done. One employee said: oh because we are busy. Not an excuse for a business. 3. Tire change. 2h and i called because estimated time of completion is 1 hr. I called & no one to speak to as the place is closed. They later called me to say it’s ready. This place needs A LOT of improvement.

Not much to say, as always the agent I dealt with kept me informed, my vehicle was ready much earlier than expected. Everything was fine.

Started having trouble starting my car went to the shop and had a battery test. The guy was honest on which battery to get.

Very friendly staff and communicated to me what needed to be done and costs. Every staff member was very nice and seem very happy with their job. A1 for customer care!!!!
