Had our Toyota looked over before selling to a private buyer - service fellow was very polite and friendly and helpful. Only complaint would be that we had an appointment time but the car didn't make it up on the lift until 3 hours later.

Service experience

Poor customer service, dropped my vehicle off my vehicle the night before for a 9am appointment the next day. Cameron my service advisor he called me at 8:20am to inform me he’ll be helping me out with my service needs, we’ve confirmed what I need done on my Toyota. At 11:20am I called for a follow up, no one in service was able to give me a status for my vehicle (on the drop off envelop I informed Them i needed my car back by noon). They then tell me my vehicle will be done for 5pm and Cameron would contact me with a follow up shortly. From that point till 3:17pm I never received a call so I took it upon myself to call them again as were getting closer to 5pm, vehicle was still being worked on, i asked for a follow up and still no one has an answer on what is going on with my vehicle, I was told just to come for 5pm and my vehicle would be done. Upon picking up my vehicle Cameron kept apologizing to for retuning my phone calls. I feel if I was informed thru the day with good, bad or ugly news I’d be more satisfied with my service rather then being left out about my vehicle. With all that said I paid my bill and my vehicle is still not fixed and might require to go at Toyota again, considering seeking my business elsewhere.

This is first time i am seeing a dealer is taking 6 hours for just oil change. I have dropped my car at 10:15 am and got first call around by 2pm that we still do not forget you. Because of our busy schedule it takes another half hour. Than i got call at 4pm that your car is ready. When i reach there lady on the desk said who called you that your car is ready its not ready yet. And make me wait for another 45 min. At the end Derik explained since you are from Barrie we make you waiting. I don’t understand if you make waiting people from Barrie than why you booked me appointment. Last to add, this funny service make me late almost 3 hours to my work . Basically it cost me double the money.
