SINCE MOVING TO BARRIE 4 YEARS AGO AND SELLING MY OLDER TOYOTA AND KEEPING MY OTHER SMALLER TOYOTA RAVE 4 HAVE KEPT ,THANKS TO JACKSON TOYOTA IN SAFE,MECH,CLEAN SHAPE AND HAVE NO ISSUES TO WORRY ABOUT. GREAT TEAM ALL AROUND THANK YOU JACKSON .JOHN SADOWSKI.

Derrick did everything possible to ensure Rav would be finished. Seeing as I complied with every item of repair/replacement , I was not prepared for a large bill. You should have some customer appreciation to long time customers, offer free detail, offer Senior Discount!! The work environment seems chaotic, perhaps from over booking , sad for the visible team .

I recently had a service and new snow tires put on the car. Elie was my service rep and contacted me to let me know I needed new rims too. He’s always wonderful to deal with. In addition, I recently met with Andrew Black about my lease and plan. It was my first time dealing with him as I always dealt with Eric Bouchard. I was a bit apprehensive, but Andrew was great, friendly but not pushy. He reviewed my options. I appreciated his assistance. I tell everyone that I trust everyone at Jackson’s. They all take great care of me. Being a woman, it can be intimidating to go to a dealership or to have a service done as I don’t know a lot about cars. But over the years, Jackson’s has treated me with respect and they always ensure my needs are met. For that reason, I keep returning year after year, vehicle after vehicle. Always a pleasure dealing with your staff and I trust they have my best interest at heart. Thank you to everyone from the mechanics, to the service reps, to the girl who books appointments, to the sales staff and parts guys. I appreciate each and every one of you and the jobs you do for me! I will continue to use Jackson’s for these reasons.

Had my car in to have the trunk repainted. Service Technician promised me the day it would be back and had it done. Also rented me a car for the days I was without a vehicle. Great service!

I bought new and used car / truck from here and when I had a truck to sell off they sent to Brent in used car lot and this guy was insulting my truck offered way below what it was worth, so I brought the truck to Ford dealer in North end and $7,000 for it, I will never buy from them again because of Brent
