Disappointing
November 23, 2021
My appointment for putting my winter tires on was at 11am and my car was not ready until 4:30. Speaking for myself, when I schedule a day off for this sort of thing, which should of taken only 1 hour, I also book other things. But being that my car sat there all day I was unable to meet my other obligations. There is absolutely no courteous from the service department. And this is not first time this has happened to me, but it will definitely be the last.

When I purchased this vehicle I was told I can use my rewards towards accessors but now service department says it’s not. Misleading information to sell the vehicle.

My experience with your location has been a good one in the past. This most recent experience, the person I dealt with was disorganized and had an abrupt indifferent attitude. I specifically mentioned that I needed my truck back by a certain time since it’s a work vehicle. More service was required on the vehicle and was started without my knowledge prolonging the wait time.

I voiced my request for the service I wanted performed on my vehicle via email and the day I dropped off my car. Unfortunately, my wishes weren’t respected. I have only been to Jackson’s Toyota twice since moving to Barrie. The service department seem more interested in making more money and up selling things to their clients. I can no longer trust that they will respect my wishes therefore I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere for maintenance and services.

Andrew Black is an amazing dedicated sales person. Every step of our purchase went super smoothly. He went above and beyond to make sure we had exactly what we needed and asked for. Both purchase arrangements and pick up was smooth and without any issues. Bought a beautiful 2019 Sienna at a great price we could not match anywhere else! Special thanks also to Danielle who handled the paperwork in record time! Very satisfied customers. Highly recommend this dealership.
