From Dennis in service to Craig in sales, customer care is sincere, respectful and caring. I was told over 20 years ago by an owner of a new car I was admiring to "never mind the car, go to Murray Chev as their service is amazing". Truer words were never spoken. Your service is amazing.

Warranty work performed as requested.

Vehicle was in for warranty service, performed to my expectations. However in the past my vehicle would get washed as a courtesy. My vehicles exterior was clean when I brought it in. It was not when I picked it up.

I enjoyed my experience in the service dept. I had gone for an oil change and check the air in the tires plus arrange to have tires changed to all purpose which were in storage. I did not realize that I was to give them 3 working days in advance as was unaware that the tires were stored off-site. They bent over backwards when realized I needed them for the long week-end to go away. I had gone in on a Thursday and by Friday afternoon my car was ready to go. Go Murray's ...... I loved the way they handled it for me. Next time I will give them more notice. I wouldn't want to take advantage of them. Dennis Mitchell deserves the accolades, he is great!

Although I was not pleased with the fact that the engine in my vehicle was a write off at less than 100,000 km, the staff at Murrays were very understanding and did their utmost to satisfy my requests.

This was a final inspection on my truck before the expiration date on my warranty. They had completely recoded my frame a year ago and now they recoded all the spots that I was not happy with. My truck looks great and I'm very happy with the work done at Murray Chevrolet
