When I enter the drive- thru, my advisor greets me and from that point I'm well taken care of. When the work is completed, he informs the work done.

always inform me on what is going on with my truck and car when they are in for parts. the oil changes are amazing! wait may be long but there is always free coffee and people to talk to plus a café to enjoy if you must. I can do my own oil changes but getting them done there gives me a reason to come talk to the sales people about whats new! peter never does anything to my car without informing me first!

I went to several places and they were going to charge me upwards of $300.00 plus and my daughter said I should have called Murry first!!! You were all very helpful, thanks. Saved me a lot of money!!!

My vehicle went in for an oil change, a recall item and a couple of things that were broken on little parts. I was shuttled to work in quick time and everything was done and ready to go with my vehicle by noon. The younger service Representatives in the service department that I have encountered for my last few appointments have been spectacular. This time I had Genevieve Carrier and she was super efficient, helpful and easy to deal with. She has fantastic people and customer service skills and is definitely an asset to your service Department !

Your service department has proven to me that once you sell a vehicle, the customer is no longer important. I will not be returning. Also, I was charged over $1000 for a service that I found out was never even completed.
