My vehicle went in for an oil change, a recall item and a couple of things that were broken on little parts. I was shuttled to work in quick time and everything was done and ready to go with my vehicle by noon. The younger service Representatives in the service department that I have encountered for my last few appointments have been spectacular. This time I had Genevieve Carrier and she was super efficient, helpful and easy to deal with. She has fantastic people and customer service skills and is definitely an asset to your service Department !

Your service department has proven to me that once you sell a vehicle, the customer is no longer important. I will not be returning. Also, I was charged over $1000 for a service that I found out was never even completed.

The repairs were completed sooner than I expected! Service writer was very helpful in getting the repairs covered by warrantee.

Fix on star on vechicle for blue tooth was not working supplied shuttle service to home and back for they vechiicle would not be ready for a couple of hours

This was my 5th safety recall at Murray Chevrolet (4 on my Malibu which I purchased from you and were serviced within a couple of weeks) 2 1/2 months and many phonecall reminders to order parts for my Buick Regal (which GM told me were in stock) Also because of the long wait my coupon offers from you had expired on oil change ($10.00) or $25.00 off maintenance. I paid full $810.00 for work and not even a carwash or a call when work was complete.
