This is the second vehicle that I have purchased through Empire. My salesman at this point was Osman from the Spring Bank location. He searched and found a vehicle that was right for me and went above and beyond to make sure that the vehicle what's right for me and what I wanted. I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else and I would recommend them to anybody.

My experience with Empire Auto has been nothing but immaculate. There were hardly any time wasted because I got the answer I was hoping for, within the hour. Nicole and Sam were working in tandem, going into great lenghts to get me the car I wanted, with the price I was very much comfortable with. This was an experience I will not soon forget and one I will cherish. Up until now, I can hardly believe that this was just a place I drove past to one day and coming out with a better car, the next.

I was contacted by Connor from the Dundas dealership. Connor provided me exceptional service. Connor updated me on the vehicle everyday to make sure I was not in the dark. Connor created an environment that's welcoming and not rushed. He spoke to me as a friend and treated me as if I was a long-term customer. When time got tight, Connor made the problem his top priority, and it showed. One of the best customer experiences I've had. Tom was the salesman for me. Tom made sure I was taken care of and was not rushed. He listened and did not force me into something I wasn't sure of. In all, the service was amazing and everyone was very respectful for any decision I wanted to do. However, when paperwork came it felt rushed and confusing. Tom made sure that any questions I had were answered and that I walked out of the dealership knowing what I was doing.
