Just picked up my sexy new HONDA PASSPORT from Winnipeg Honda on Waverly!!! This is my first NEW car purchase. Wanted to give a shout out and HUGE thank you to Team Foui over there!!! Dylan was very kind, communicative and helpful with my vehicle order and accessories. Melissa was highly organized and so quick to process my financing. Melissa was patient and sweet-even with my long list of questions. Alex was a rockstar and helped teach me how to use all the features. Honestly this whole experience was smooth and easy(under 2 hours). I am so glad they have customer service experience dialled in. Phenomenal experience - I am pumped🙌🙌

Their old Asian salesman should seriously reconsider his salesman career, or at least take some class to learn communication basics. No racism here, but his poor language skills is hurting their business so badly. Having a conversation with him for 5 minutes, he did an excellent job telling me they have nothing to sell, and I should stop wasting my time there. He has successfully convinced me to never visit them again. Now I feel sorry for that Honda dealership, they used to have real sales person who were ready to work and help customers.

DO NOT BOOK A CAR WITH THEM. ESPECIALLY with Joseph. They say 3 to 5 months and then they dont give you any estimate even after 6 month of booking. Booked a civic from them and now they are saying i will get next year.

I want to thank Josh for providing an excellent car buying experience. It is always stressful when you have to purchase a new vehicle and when my faithful Aveo died, I was not looking forward to the process or getting a new used vehicle. Winnipeg Honda really changed my opinion. We were greeted when entering the store and introduced to Josh, whose personable manner and listening skills put me at ease. He sent us for a test drive whilst he tried to get our preferred vehicle from the other branch. Unfortunately it had sold, but Josh was committed to finding us the perfect match. Quite frankly, driving the Honda had sold that vehicle and Josh made sure arrangements were made so that we could take the vehicle that day. I really appreciate the professional no pressure approach and efficiency of Josh, Melissa and the Winnipeg Honda team. I know where I'm going the next time I need a vehicle.
