Hello, We bought our CRV 2023 car one month ago. We had really good service, Alana Verhaeghe was really nice and helped us alot. She went all above and beyond to get our Car as soon as possible. She was always so welcoming and friendly. I am glad that I bought the car from this dealership.

Had the best experience at Winnipeg Honda. Shaylie Woloskoski was an amazing to deal with. She understood our concerns and our budget. She worked with us and helped us get the CRV we wanted. She was very responsive and I never once felt pressured to buy anything. She wanted me to find the correct vehicle. I would highly recommend going there and asking for Shaylie. The financial service manager (Abby) was also great to work with. She showed us our option and didn’t push anything on us. She informed us of all of our options an allowed us to make our own decision without trying to push us in one direction. Overall experience here is 10/10

Very bad customer service. Booked my vehicle for 6 months with them and after that they don’t want to give you vehicle and mislead you. Never respond back I will never go back to this place and never recommend to anyone. Might be they don’t bother about 1 customer but still every client is important.

New: once the sale is complete I feel like the lowest priority on their list. I had requested 3 call backs to find out about my warranty/extended warranty and finally some one called me from service with my information. Old review: Everyone I dealt with was very knowledgeable and accomodating. My salesperson switched over during the wait for my vehicle but Alex left a really nice note in the vehicle wishing my wife and I well. Suhk who took over was great and made sure i was comfortable with all the vehicles space age functions before i left the lot and was super friendly.
