I have been to this location multiple times with my CRV for servicing. The last few times I made the appointment, I would confirm the details of the appointment and required service, only to either not have the service completed at all or the wrong service completed altogether and still be charged for their mistake. Instead of taking accountability they will essentially gaslight you and say that you must have made a mistake or misunderstood the details of the appointment. Not only did I verify the details of the scheduled appointment while initially making the appointment but my wife also verified the details before dropping the vehicle off a few days later. Either they are incredibly unorganized or just dishonest or both.

Just came through today to get my air conditioning fixed. Nick my service coordinator was wonderful to deal with the whole way through. I’m not normally one to leave reviews but this is a process that is typically a pain and he made it easy and enjoyable.

Shay was incredible to deal with. She was super patient, incredibly knowledgeable and knew her product well, NEVER felt pushy, and if there were questions she couldn’t answer, she knew exactly where to go to find the answer for us. 10/10 recommend and would for sure go back to Shay for another vehicle in the future!
