Carl is not the person taking the vehicle for service. It's Anne. There was a recall on our vehicle wiring on the steering wheel. I was in and out very quickly. Anne Smith

I brought my vehicle in to fix the left rear door lock. Your driver that brought me home was on time and very courteous, as was the driver that pick me up. my van was ready as promise. Thank you, Larry

My experience was obviously very good. I dealt with my brother Derryck Turcotte who is a real pro. He put me in touch with other members of Laurentian as well in order to provide the best service possible which was great. I appreciated the advance preparedness of the finance member. He was very squared away and knew what he was doing. Thanks guys.
