Todd provided excellent service ensuring I knew what to expect before I left and then following up regarding changes. This is my first Honda and dealing with the service department at Brantford Honda is an exceptional customer service experience.

I have been at Brantford hondo to see a pre owned odyssey. I spoke with Casey telling the time I would be coming. When I arrived car was ready and warmed up. Casey showed everything about the car and in about 30 minutes I had everything worked out.
