I always bring my vehicle to this dealership as this is where I purchased my vehicle. Given that both my husband and I work during the day, I would expect that I could schedule a shuttle back to work, however I was told that it would not be guaranteed. This is not acceptable.. people need to get back to work on time. I will be bringing my vehicle elsewhere for service going forward.

Purchased a demo Mazda Miata from Palladino Honda, great service from Jordan throughout the entire process. There were some small issues with a 3rd party warrenty but it was resolved quickly by Michael Kryzaniwsky. Overall excellent customer service! Cheers 👍

This place was absolutely awesome to my mum and the sales guy (Justin - see note at the bottom for more info) was just as awesome to me when I first met him to scout out the vehicle she was interested in just to see if there were any immediate deal breakers (mainly due to some minor mobility issues in the purchaser). Her biggest need of all though was making sure her golf clubs could fit in the trunk! (which they did) This crew isn't pushy at all, they want to make sure you drive out of there with what you're looking for and happy with and otherwise, 'nuff said. They stand by their vehicles and you'll have the best possible after sale maintenance and service you could possibly ask for (I sneakily scoped out their service bay to make sure 😉). Their waiting area is aptly named "The Palladino Café" because it's frankly a little lounge in there with comfy chairs to relax in, watch TV, work on a laptop, or whatever else strikes your fancy. Justin handled our sale and he treated my mum if she was his own, was friendly, welcoming, and most of all he was not at all pushy. If you go see this top notch sales guy, tell him the "younger Landry" sent ya - you won't be disappointed.
