I had very bad experience from this hyundai dealer. I bought a hyundai elantra model SE 2017 in march 2017 and they offered me 2 free oil change as part of the offer. They told me that all the offers will be added to my account, But when I went for the first oil change, they told me there is no such offer for you. They asked me to call their sales department and ask about it . I called them twice, but I got very bad experience from the sales people. I request them to at least talk to your customers nicely.. They talk to you nicely only until you buy your vehicle !! their customer service is very bad, also, even to get an appointment for any service, you may need to wait couple of weeks or more!!

Awful Service department. They solve the problems easily in a secound: "there is no problem, everything is normal" and of course although your car is under guarantee, you should pay for the injector cleaning so on if you want it to go without vibration and not to consume 12 lit/100k (Elantra)
