Before coming here, I was a bit hesitant because of the bad reviews but as a young and first time car owner, Mr. Jean Richer was very helpful and I am a satisfied customer! He explained everything there is to know and then I received a call from him to ask if everything was ok after a week. There were at least 2 follow up calls when I got my car. My parents do not speak french but he was accommodating either way. Friendly staff!!!
