So impressed with our experience at Roy Nichols today. Alan Mulder and Mark were both great and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Would highly recommend.

Quick lube

Was driving by to get my oil change & noticed a quick lube bay. I drove up & was told that oil changes are by appointment only. Service advisor was rude, disrespectful when questioning them. Why do you have a quick lube if it isn't used for one. Needless to say I went to you your completion to get an oil change. Shouldn't advertise a quick lube if you don't do provide the service. I've dealt with Roy Nichols for years, I won't be using the service department again.

Extremely slow service every time I go. I drop my car off early and they are still not done by the end of my work day !!! And I have never had any big jobs done .. today it was a tire change .. left it at 815... it is now 415 and it is still not done !!! I called and she said those of us who work are bumped by the people who don't work because " we don't need our cars ". wow ! So we are trapped at work all day with no vehicle ? Clearly the people who wait have more free time than we do so why would they get prioritized ?? It's very poor service and I will go elsewhere as this has happened to me far too many times !

Extremely Slow Service

Every time i drop off my car I have the same issue......I drop it first thing in the a.m. and by late afternoon I call them and it is either 'just being started' or is 'about to be started'.......so I have been stuck at work all day with no car..once again.. I was told the people who wait bump those of us who go to work because 'we don't need a car".. This is ridiculous.....we actually NEED our cars more than the people who wait, as they are obviously retired or do not work......so it doesn't matter to them if they wait all day. Absolutely furious this keeps happening EVERY TIME. All I needed done was changing my tires. I will be taking my tires out of their storage and getting it done elsewhere.
