Great and professional

Picked up my truck and that night my headlight wasn't working properly so I brought it back the next day they gave me a loaner truck and resolved the issue and picked the truck up the next morning. Great customer service

Absolutely horrible. Tried to rip us off by claiming rotors needed to be machined (on a 2014 jeep) for $400 and refused to pass the safety because of if. Absolutely nothing was wrong with the rotors and they refused to show us the problem and we had to pay for $136 for the scam artist safety. Another mechanic easily passed the safety and completely confirmed our suspicions of this shady dealership trying to scam a quick buck. Horrible service, terrible mechanics, rude management.

I am extremely disappointed at the unsatisfactory customer service I received. The gentleman helping me knew a family member of mine also! I applied for a new lease, and my boyfriend was also interested in a new vehicle. No one has ever returned our phone calls. We were supposed to get a car by a certain date and now we are scrambling to find another one. It is a shame that someone who stays loyal to a brand because of my family being very involved in GM. I will never be back, and will be sure to tell others to try another dealership
