Extremely Slow Service

Every time i drop off my car I have the same issue......I drop it first thing in the a.m. and by late afternoon I call them and it is either 'just being started' or is 'about to be started'.......so I have been stuck at work all day with no car..once again.. I was told the people who wait bump those of us who go to work because 'we don't need a car".. This is ridiculous.....we actually NEED our cars more than the people who wait, as they are obviously retired or do not work......so it doesn't matter to them if they wait all day. Absolutely furious this keeps happening EVERY TIME. All I needed done was changing my tires. I will be taking my tires out of their storage and getting it done elsewhere.

We purchased a new vehicle and needed some additions. Our needs were met, and then some. The sales rep we used was very accommodating and even offered to come in on a day she doesn't normally work.

After facilitating a test drive in the Camaro configuration I was interested in, Kyla answered all my questions directly and to my satisfaction and then found the exact car (engine, trans, colour, options) that I wanted resulting in my total satisfaction both with the car and the sales experience.
