I had taken my car in to be fixed, the rear window inexplicably exploded one day. Roy Nichols replaced my rear window, but failed to fix the initial problem and damage occurred to my brand new rear window. Along with the failure to fix the window, they also left a mess of broken glass in my backseat and trunk and the technician failed to replace rear window covers correctly, leaving it for me to fix on my own. The second visit about the rear window problem was handled much better and the issue was resolved, but the first visit was very much less than satisfactory.
