Great and friendly place to deal with. Nicole and Nora were great, friendly and knowledgeable. They worked with my budgeting and found the perfect vehicle for me. I would send anyone to this location for any vehicle needs.

I was really impressed with Shawn’s professional integrity and his willingness to do everything he could to get me into the vehicle I needed it and wanted. He worked day and night in order to get me approved and into a vehicle as soon as possible since I was in a rental due to an accident. I want to thank Shawn for doing a credible job And going over and above to make this happen for me. Thank God Sam put Gap insurance on my car, not only did the policy cover my whole loan I was able to get my dream ride! Special thanks to Nora, Shawn , and Kareem!! Best dealership in the city

Great place and people are very friendly and helpful. Kareem and Shawn were amazing. I was approved for financing and had the vehicle I wanted within an hour! I highly recomend this place, Kareem and Shawn. Great guys to deal with! 🙂

Im so happy I got the car that I wanted. I had the pleasure to speak with the owner of Empire Auto and he made sure that everything was good on my end and that I was happy with the choice I made. Al at the west side Empire was great through the whole process and walked me through with ease. Big thanks to these guys!

I went in about 2 years ago, they sold me a 2008 dodge avenger that was suppose to have come with safety done. The car broke down not even a week after having it and i constantly had issues getting ahold of the salesman (abe). Would not recommend to anyone.
