Service was great, only thing didn't receive any paper work to confirm recall inspection was done and that there were no problems requiring any further maintenance on that recall problem

Always a great experience at Laurentian. The staff is so friendly, outgoing and helpful. I traded in my car for a new truck. They taught me how to use all the new gadgets and made sure I had the accessories installed on pickup. They arranged financing and even had a copy of my insurance slip faxed to them. Great service!

Laurentian Chrysler and their staff are awesome! Yesterday, in a foreign country, 10 hours from home and 3 hours from the nearest Acura dealer, our alternator decided to bite the dust. We literally crawled into their auto dealership. They drove us back to our hotel; over-nighted the part and had us on the road this morning only 1.5 hours later than I had hoped to be on the road!
