We recently leased a new accord for the first time and must say that is was the most pleasant and satisfying car buying experience we ever had. Erin and Sean were terrific with assisting us and ensuring we received good value for our trade in and getting a terrific new car at a great price. When we got the car they were super nice and everything was great. Someone hit my car, and I asked Henley Honda for a price for the part + service + tax so that I could show the person who hit my car and get them to pay for it. It took 4 days, 10 emails, and 3 phone calls and I still don't have a total yet. Everytime they just tell me one of the prices (just the part, not the rest) even after I told them I needed the total and why.
