When we got the car they were super nice and everything was great. Someone hit my car, and I asked Henley Honda for a price for the part + service + tax so that I could show the person who hit my car and get them to pay for it. It took 4 days, 10 emails, and 3 phone calls and I still don't have a total yet. Everytime they just tell me one of the prices (just the part, not the rest) even after I told them I needed the total and why.

My salesperson Erin was great. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and very professional --which allowed us to make a deal on my new 2017 CRV quickly and efficiently. The weekend before I picked up the car I had an issue with the finance of my trade in. The financial department was not available and Erin went out of his way to contact me late Friday afternoon. I was able to resolve the issue and pick up my new car on-time. That's awesome service. I would recommend Henley Honda to anyone who is looking for a new or used car.

Just leased our 2nd Civic from Henley. Love the new hatchback, always a great dealer experience. Erin and the sale team are great to deal with. We will be back.
