I had a door that was not closing properly and they fixed it within a reasonable amount of time. Very nice staff.

My experience was very rewarding to say the least I bought a used 2014 Chevy Silverado from your dealership in march 2017 and am very happy I did! The sales rep was Scott Morgan . I had been shopping around for a while to find exactly what I needed for a work vehicle and also one that fit my family . I was very specific on what I needed without buying a new vehicle it was very hard for me to find a truck that fit all my needs. Scott had sent me a few trucks around my specs but did not have anything at the dealership that was exactly what I needed. With in a few days of speaking with Scott he called me back with one that had just arrived and fitted all my specifications .without breaking the bank and with a budget in mind Scott worked with me on all accounts to find me what I needed. A few other dealerships I went to lost my business .Being a GMC driver for my last 2 vehicles I was very pleased with the GMC Brand. Nurse Chevrolet was The last Dealer ship I would go to before I was going to look at a Toyota truck. my wife has a Toyota mini van and is very happy with it . Being in contact with Scott via e-mail and phone conversations in little over a week he found me what I was looking for . He did an amazing job .Myself and my wife could not have been happier . especially me! I love my new truck. The only thing disappointing is that I live an hour and a half away and can not get my maintenance and or service done there! Hats off and thanks once again!

I was looking to test drive a corvette but was told they don't do that. Hilarious since I'm in my 50s and looking to replace my summer car. Didn't even find out anything about me, just told me nope via voicemail. Now, they could have waited til I came out to the appointment and found out that I'm a serious buyer. But nope. They said they don't even have a demo. Not a very good way to run a dealership, in my humble opinion. Luckily Mercedes, BMW, Tesla and Jaguar don't share their business model. One of them will get my business. Thanks for helping make my decision on which summer car to get!

Good service and the prices are reasonable. They will try and work the best option for you. Added bonus is that they wash your car and clean the inside mats when work is done. I have compared prices and they are on the mark.

Took my 1995 ZR-1 Corvette into Nurse for new rear tires. The ZR-1 has a very fragile and unique tire pressure sensor system on it that can easily be destroyed if the tire is removed incorrectly from the rim. I was extremely nervous but our Service Advisor, Jackie, had heard of the system. She was really great about asking Mike, our mechanic, to come out so we could talk to him about it. The new tires went on with no problem. When you own a car that is 1 of only 450 ever produced you are very careful about who touches your car. Nurse was excellent. I would also like to compliment them on their cafe. It was so nice to have a freshly prepared delicious sandwich and a fresh coffee while we were waiting. We will be letting everyone on the ZR-1 Net Registry forum know how great the service was at Nurse.

BODY SHOP REVIEW - I was recommended by a friend (also a former Nurse employee) to take my car there for repairs following an accident. Everything started out fine. The estimator took pictures, notes of the damage and set me up with a rental car and dealt with my insurance company directly. The repairs were said to take about 1 - 2 weeks as they'd need to order some of the parts. It was delayed about an extra 1.5 weeks because they were sent the wrong parts and one of the parts was also not in good condition. They requested to have a better conditioned replaced; that's great. (Their story. But didn't bother me as they coordinated an extension of the rental car for me). Time comes for me to pick up my car. I came on my way home from work just before their closing time and didn't get a chance to Thank the estimator for all her help. On my way home I noticed my headliner was pulled down and hanging low in certain areas. First thing the next morning I called the estimator who asked me to bring my car back. I brought my car back right away. The estimator said she'd take care of it and got me a rental car I could use until fixed. The estimator tried to locate a replacement headliner, but none were available. It would have to be repaired or replaced by an upholstery shop. She contacted my insurance company to try to get them to cover costs for repair. Obviously, the insurance would not cover this repair as it was not from my accident or part of their repair estimate. This is workmanship problem of their shop. That afternoon, the estimator called me to come back to the shop to pick up my car. There is nothing further they can do. I came to the shop, again just before closing. The estimator was not there. I called and emailed asking for a resolution, but was told there is nothing they can do. The repair would not be covered. She spoke to the technician who now says he never touched the headliner. And she spoke with their upholstery specialist who said it was probably because it's an older car (2007), that is just dropped; maybe because of recent heat. However, from showing my friend (who again, used to work at the shop) can see it was tampered with and must have been pulled down when they needed to replace the hatchback trunk lid. They needed to pull down the liner to expose the wiring connections and bolts to remove/replace the hatch. My friend even tried speaking with the manager. He said he would look into it. Upon numerous follow-ups, they still refused to pay for any repairs. Now I'm stuck with this headliner problem that if I want fixed, need to now pay out of my own pockets. It amazes me how they would take my car back after reporting the problem, give me a rental, clearly making me feel they understand the problem and will fix it. But when a replacement part cannot be located and my insurance company will not cover any repair cost, it is no longer their problem. Please beware of bringing your car to their body shop or any body shop. I want to share my experience to help others in the future. Take your own pictures (outside AND inside), so you can prove what condition you dropped your vehicle off vs. how it looks when you pick it up. Hopefully, no one else is left with this same experience I had.
