called this dealership 5 times to speak with a service advisor, was put through to the same voicemail all 5 times , pretty sure they have more than 1 service advisor so i'm puzzled as to why I was put through to one that was off that day 5 times . Never going to call this place again the phone system they have doesn't seem to be the greatest. thanks Finch I will not see you first ever again

I had an appointment on Saturday, Nov 3 in the early morning. I waited for 15 minutes, no one helped us. And then another dealer came out and told me no cars are available to look at because they are already sold. Then why don't u call me earlier to cancel the appointment? Why don't you tell me at the time when I stepped into the store. Unbelievable customer service... ruined a great weekend morning.
