Worst service experience of my life. Took my son's vehicle in for service a rattle, and it wasn't fixed. Spoke with a guy named Jim (manager) told how important he was but didn't fix the vehicle. Won't be going back.

I jokingly said when I left my house last Saturday morning, 'I won't be be coming home with a Jeep today and I highly doubt I'll be signing any papers.' I obviously didn't come home with a Jeep that same day BUT, I definitely did sign some papers. The main reason being, Craig Harwood. I could seriously write paragraphs detailing all the little things that made my overall vehicle purchase so effortless and painless thanks to Craig but truth be told, I'm not big on 'fluff' nor is Craig. And that's what I liked most about him. He gives it to you straight. Top-shelf all the way from start to finish. So, it's Tuesday and my new ride is already sitting in my driveway looking better than expected. If you're wondering why not Monday, yesterday was a holiday. ;) Truly amazing job Craig..thanks again!
