Aside from the advisors being extremely friendly, I had nothing but a stressful experience. Brought my BRAND NEW 2017 Jeep Compass in with only 10,000KMs on it due to it burning off oil. Come to find out it needed a brand new engine put into it. After a stressful month and a bit of it being in service, with little to no communication & being told the engine was on back order. I took it upon myself to call the parts department, come to find out that my engine had come in a week and a half prior to this phone call. After calling several times and reaching no one to figure out what was going on, I finally reached someone. At this time I was promised a date, that date came & no call at all. Called the next day to be promised another date. That date came and no call. I finally got my vehicle back after a week of the first promise date. THEN, I open my hood to see obvious damage to the plastic trim under my hood and a decent dent on the body line of the passenger rear door. Ordered the trim pieces, came in for my appointment today just to find out that they are on back order, just like the engine was ... Again, The staff is friendly to deal with. But come on, not happy what so ever.

worked to keep payments similar when the bank came back with a different interest rate. My sales rep was great. If I would return it would be because of him and not the dealership. Being forced to purchase the vehicle return plus at $400 is ridiculous.

If I could leave 0 stars I would because 1 star is too good for this place. Bought a brand new dodge caravan in December. We brought it in for the first oil change and to change the winter tires when it was 6 months old. The mechanic crashed the vehicle in their garage and caused $12000 damage to the vehicle. Their idea of compensation is that we trade it in and they will appraise it as if the collision wasn't there. This means that we are forced to deal with only Finch Chrysler if we don't want the damage to effect our trade in value. As there are no equivalent vehicles with similar mileage and upgrades, if we choose to trade it in our payments will increase. They expect us to either accept our brand new vehicle with a $12000 collision history or trade it in and end paying them more because our monthly payments will increase. End result we pay them more money because they crashed our vehicle. He claims the damage history they caused won't affect the value of the vehicle and refuses to acknowledge the depreciated value saying he "doesn't agree with it". Stay as far away from this dealership as you can. The service manager was sincere and apologetic but the managing partner lies and has an inflated ego thinking his opinion is more accurate than carproof and other dealership quotes.
