If you are looking for a dealership to bend over backwards for you, this is the dealership for you. Even though I did not purchase a vehicle here today, the sales team Rob, Mike and Zach were all super amazing.

I had to change my 5 star rating because of several bad experiences now. I've been lied to about tires, lied to about a "new" part that clearly wasn't new installed (eventually rectified), and my most recent experience last week just speaks volumes of how little they care about their customers. I went in for my last free oil change, to find out it apparently expired. Really, I spend $30,000 on a vehicle and you're going to revoke $80 or whatever you charge for an oil change? Especially during covid??!!!! Enjoy your pocket change, I will never buy another vehicle from Finch again....almost forgot, after reading another review I was just reminded that I was also going to be charged about $1200 plus tax for brakes. Had it done for about $700 taxes in elsewhere.
