Can be pricey for repairs. Staff is somewhat knowledgeable.

Purchase of the vehicle was very quick and painless. Vehicle was as described at time of pickup. Definitely would recommend after my experience

Brantford Honda has great service and knows how to help their customers. My sales rep Josh Botnick helped me with the process of buying my first car and I couldn’t be any happier. I would highly recommend him and Brantford Honda for anyone looking for used or new cars. Had a great experience and will definitely go there again in the future for another purchase!

After totaling my HRV last Friday I was so happy to deal with Scott on the purchase of my 2018 HRV. He made the process painless and stress free. Having an accident can be stressful enough, he totally took the stress out of the new vehicle purchase. He always made time to answer any and all questions that I may have and expedited the delivery of my car to not only satisfy my insurance company but also to get me out of my gas guzzling non Honda rental! Scott has always gone above and beyond and my family has purchased many vehicles from him and will continue to do so. I used to sell Honda vehicles myself, and I understand the extra work that it took to get my vehicle ready as quickly as he did. It is so much appreciated. Thanks again Scott!!

I called in to order parts for a recommended service on my 2008 Odyssey. The parts were ready and the service advisor (Todd Detheridge) gave an accurate estimate of when the job would be finished. Plus a ride home and free car wash!

Bought a car last October, and the gas tank now needs replacement. The staff were unhelpful in resolving this and now im driving a four wheeled fire hazard. Would recommend buying a car anywhere else.
