Palladino litterally is garbage ... and so is my vehicle

I am litterally ready to take a 50% hit on trade in my car and go somewhere other then palladino!! Im sick of the money ive put into my 2016!!! Yet i payed so much for warranty but nothing is covered !! I am fed up with my honda . And wish i never got it !

Purchased a certified vehicle. They fixed up the safety features in the car and made sure it was safe to get back on the road. Worked with a few people and were very polite and helpful.

Brought our civic for routine maintenance. Our rear passenger side tire had a slow leak, which we've been meaning to get fixed but just haven't had the time yet this summer. This was not mentioned because we plan on taking it to a dedicated tire shop instead. On the invoice, Maintenance Minder B service clearly states that the tires were rotated. Sure enough, that same rear passenger tire is very low again, despite having been billed for the labour to rotate the tires. Speaking with a customer service rep was fruitless. We were told the technician would have assessed the wear and decided if the tires needed rotating, and in this case they did not need it. The technician in question was on vacation so unable to answer any type of questions. When i asked why the invoice still indicated the tires were in fact rotated, there was no answer available. This does not give a customer the confidence that all the work they are being billed for is in fact being completed. The service rep offered me the opportunity to leave a voice mail for a manager of some sorts, but i elected to write this review instead. Invoice # 251879 if the owner or manager would like to take their own time to address our concerns. This is the second occurrence with this dealership concerning questionable service in the 4 years since we purchased from them.
