Only negative is there sure was a lot of waiting around. Two appointments took 15 to 20 minutes for the Palladino rep. to be available.

basically I bought a car from Paladino with great difficulty, never had a problem with it for a year, brought it in to get the warranty checked and get some warranty covered work done and have had nothing but problems with all of my sensors going off and my vehicle not starting since... leaving me going back again and again hoping the work is covered and it never is or there are extra costs. I'm not happy and it makes no sense that suddenly I'm having all these issues and I've never had any before bringing it back there.

I naturally have tough luck! Of course it began that way, to be expected with me. However Rob Shea (sales manager) swooped in and scooped us up. He listened to me as I explained my lifestyle and what I was looking in my vehicle, as well as what features I needed to be included. The service was above and beyond. We had great communication and I really felt like my trust was earned. Chase (business manager) was also awesome, patient, great at breaking the numbers down so we could understand. Both gentlemen were very approachable, funny yet professional, efficient, patient and kind. I love love love my car!!! I got financing that works for me and fits my budget plus winter tires so that’s not on my mind when our Sudbury winter hits spontaneously. Overall a memorable experience with a happy ending, right from the secretary’s smile when you walk through the door to the last signature. Thank you guys. 🙌🏼
