I had to wait a long time to do some major repairs to my car and was so worried when I finally brought it to the dealership - but they took care of it quickly and affordably! I am so impressed with the Wonderful, educated and considerate staff and I drove away feeling Safer and Happier what more could you ask for!

Charged twice

I was charged twice for the initial air conditioning check. Billing system should have caught that. OR the service person should have caught that.

Amy greeted me in a positive & polite manner & carefully listened as I explained the work to be completed Monday & also what work had been previously done. I was having the B service. When it was complete, she explained the details & told me the life left on my rear & windshield wipers. When I asked where the washer fluid comes from for the rear window, she found out the answer for me. When the garage door would not open to allow the vehicles in the service bay to exit, she & the other agents explained to those of us waiting what had happened & how long before our cars would be released. When I explained why I did not want an alignment at this time (the conditions of the road & the 1st pothole I hit will knock it out of alignment again) she accepted without criticism why I was waiting until construction on my local road was complete.
