Fast and friendly service

Routine oil change. Arrived at my designated appointment time and drove straight into interior service reception bay. Service employees encountered during my visit were courteous and friendly.

We first finalized the financial arrangements for our new CRV Hybrid vehicle, with all of our questions being answered. The operations of the vehicle were then expertly presented, with all of our questions again being answered to our satisfaction. The advisor even took some pictures of us with our beautiful new SUV.

It's been 6 glorious months since I've gotten my new ride but the sentiment remains the same; my shopping and purchasing experience was easy and stress-free. Jo, my salesperson was fun and outgoing and matched my energy. I felt taken care of and well-informed by the entire team. I just had my first service appointment and it was once again a great experience! I look forward to continuing my car's care here and when the time comes, would without a doubt come back for future vehicle purchases!

Excellent service from Finance Officer, to Sales Adviser up to Delivery Advisor. Very accommodating, detailed, patient, fast transaction! We love our new ride more because of the experience in having it. More than 5 stars!!!
