I was the one making all the calls to see about my tire. I was told every day someone would contact ME for the status of my tire etc. No one called in 4 days.... Not good customer service. Disappointed for sure... When I did get a hold of someone they weren't helpful either. The only nice thing was the lady at the desk for reception, she was very sweet!

I have nothing but good things to say about Henley Honda. I recently had to buy a new car due to an accident and everyone there was extremely helpful. It was a very stressful time for myself but Michael Brown was amazing to work with. He made buying my car a very easy process, helped me with finding a rental car and answered all my questions before and after purchase. I have now had my car for a week and love everything about it. I would definitely recommend shopping at Henley Honda and asking for Michael Brown :)

Thank you to the Henley Honda staff, especially Boris Cvijeticanin for the excellent service. Boris is very helpful and knowledgeable and he went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the new car.
